With a track record in selling direct, creating and building successful sales teams through to owning a very successful sales company selling on behalf of the UK largest telecommunication companies as well as coaching SME business on strategy, selling and communication issues, Darren's sales and business experience has proven invaluable when working with companies demonstrating a real passion for people development and creating energized and result focused teams.

With a great understanding for team personalities and team dynamics Darren brings out the best in people focusing them on their strengths and creating strategies to compensate for any individual or team weakness.

Having sold his Telecommunications Company at the back end of 2006, Darren found himself with a tremendous opportunity to put these skills into practice. Having used the Hughes Company for the past 2 years within his own company it seemed the perfect marriage of skills, content and styles. The relationship started with gusto in April 2007 with Darren becoming one of the senior presenters within the Hughes Company.
