After a successful career in the Army, Roger spent 14 years in senior positions in 3 major Banking Groups, culminating in a national role within the Lloyds Group.

Roger is also a qualified Further Education Teacher and holds the Advanced Counselling Certificate, as well as the Thomas International Practitioner Certificate.

Roger now specialises in working with SME's, advising and coaching on a one to one basis with all managerial levels. He is highly personable, has a great sense of humour, and is very comfortable working with both large and small groups, whilst maintaining his very direct, logical, and practical approach.
