Stuart joined The Hughes Company in 2004 as one of the youngest professionally qualified coaches in the country. Having completed a degree in Business and Management Studies and then having spent time in industry he quickly realised that some people enjoyed and achieved more in their jobs.

A chance encounter with Chris Hughes lead Chris to offering Stuart the opportunity to join him and the rest, as they say, is history! His passion is working with students and young professionals in both education and business to inspire them to reach for what they are truly capable of and share insight, tools and techniques to help them maximise their potential.
