Myself and seven colleagues attended Chris' "World Class Communication" seminar last week, and what a difference it has made to our attitude and skills that previously we thought were pretty good. As for results - it must be the best investment I've made. We have since revisited 5 companies whom previously we had drawn blanks with and now we have an opening with 3.
